Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa's strategic consulting group, combining expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to deliver recommendations that enhance client performance. Our clients include financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, acquirers, and payment processors.

As the Technology Senior Manager for VCA in Brazil, you will lead and expand the Technology Implementation Strategy pillar, helping clients assess their technical architecture, envision future states, and develop roadmaps for long-term success. You will also oversee the delivery of dev teams to implement these strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Revenue Achievement: Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
•    Service Development: Ideate, develop, price, sell, and deliver technology strategy and implementation services.
•    Client Engagement: Tailor services to meet client needs, presenting to SVP and higher-level stakeholders.
•    Technical Expertise: Scope development efforts effectively within the context of banking and payments.
•    Solution Delivery: Ensure delivery teams meet client goals and objectives, making necessary adjustments.

Essential Functions:

Consultative Selling
•    Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
•    Present tailored solutions and quantify their value.
•    Understand client decision-making processes.

Offering Development
•    Identify opportunities across client sets.
•    Develop scalable products leveraging Visa and third-party assets.
•    Create sales collateral and define product pricing strategies.

Solution Delivery
•    Demonstrate strong project and program management skills.
•    Ensure flawless delivery of solutions.

Customer Centricity
•    Maintain strong executive presence.
•    Communicate both technical and non-technical aspects of solutions.
•    Work comfortably with a range of Visa clients, from institutional banks to fintech startups.

Industry Knowledge
•    Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive environment.
•    Shape solutions to differentiate Visa.

Communications
•    Lead client conversations with executive presence.
•    Communicate effectively across functional stakeholders.
•    Foster cross-functional teamwork and goodwill.

People Leadership
•    Train teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
•    Manage the execution of third-party partners and internal teams.
•    Ensure delivery meets client expectations and standards.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned consultant with a background in strategy, entrepreneurship, and general management. They will partner across Visa client types to develop and deliver tailored solutions, articulate value propositions, and drive sales.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification
•Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering. An MBA is a
plus.
•10+ years of relevant experience in technical product or program management.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data and metrics to
evaluate outcomes.
•Strong collaborative skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
•Deep understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and overall system design.
•Strong management skills with experience in product planning, development,
and user acceptance testing.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
•Experience with agile lifecycle and process management tools such as Rally
and JIRA.
•Proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualification
•Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
•Experience in the payment card industry.
•Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
•Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
