Job Description

This Product Sr. Manager will be an integral part of iDeal Team (Global Deals) supporting the product management to ensure outstanding operational delivery for product initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a larger critical initiative helping to lead cross-functional ideal program. You will also work on the maintenance and rollout of the Deal Team's Data-Driven Transformation project, with the main objective of implementing the iDeal globally.
 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the iDeal Support Team
  • Co-responsible for managing the iDeal global rollout project
  • Help create a new culture for the end-to-end the deal making process
  • Co-responsible for creating and updating the iDeal user support platform
  • Bring ideas on how to apply AI in End-to-End Deal Making processes
  • Co-responsible for designing a better experience and journey to build the deal using iDeal.
  • Analysis of data generated and gathered by iDeal
  • Development of data-driven pre-approved deal frameworks
  • Reporting and deal performance assessments by Geography, Vertical, Sales Orgs
  • Best practices & lessons learned
  • Mapping external data (macroeconomic and market level)
  • Day-to-day management of iDeal admin modules:
  • Updating drivers and parameters  (actuals, acquiring fees, yields)
  • Updates on Visa definitions and requirements (P&L breakouts, KPI calculations and thresholds)
  • User and entitlement management (different profiles for users/admins)

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Project Management Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills and technologies
  • Product Leader or Product Implementation
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools (or others)
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
