Job Description
Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Manager (multiple openings) in San Francisco, CA to:
- Serve as Client Consulting Manager for VCA Managed Service, a key member of the team focused on Analytics Managed Services.
- Ideate, develop, sell, and deliver services that address client needs.
- Tailor new and existing services to meet the needs of a range of client types
- Measure success through attainment of sales targets.
- Consult on data and analytics while flexing across sales, strategy, and delivery and implementation.
- Identify common client needs, develop offerings that leverage Visa’s extensive capabilities and subject matter expertise, and third-party solutions (as needed), and price the solution appropriately.
- Collaborate with a host of internal partners to develop and sell solutions to include account executives, data science, risk management, vendor management, and VCA advisory.
- Articulate the value proposition to clients, customize the offerings as needed to address client feedback, close the sale, and implement the initiative.
- Flex across various client stakeholders, to include those in data science, digital, marketing, CRM, payments and fraud, risk.
- 10% domestic travel required.
- Position reports to the San Francisco, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Manager-related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Manager-related occupation.

- Consultative selling, including identifying client needs and opportunities and presenting solutions quantified by data science in the form of developed sales collateral.
- Solution delivery, including project and program management.
- Interaction with and utilization of on-premises and cloud data architecture, engineering, and management concepts.
- Data application techniques based on statistics, machine learning, and AI.
- BI reporting and UI/UX approaches.
Additional Information
Worksite: San Francisco, CA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: 10% domestic travel required.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $191,048.00 USD to $252,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
