Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Director to lead our executive talent and team development practices such as assessments, coaching, and team effectiveness. This role will also provide consulting and advising on exec development solutions and delivery strategy for other teammates who are building exec development programming and solutions for clients (e.g. VP/SVP program owners, TM&D Leads, PBPs). This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of talent management and executive learning, shaping the growth and performance of our most senior leaders. You will be a trusted advisor to the senior People Business Partners, Talent Management & Development Leads, and business leaders, bringing deep subject matter expertise in leadership development, organizational psychology, and executive effectiveness.
Essential Functions
Executive Assessment & Insight
Design and lead enterprise-wide executive assessment strategies to inform succession, selection, and development decisions.
Select and develop a delivery strategy for psychometric tools, 360 feedback, and stakeholder interviews to generate actionable insights for senior leaders.

Coaching & Advisory
Provide or broker high-impact executive coaching engagements that accelerate leadership growth and readiness.
Serve as a thought partner to People Business Partners, TM&D Leads, and senior leaders on talent strategies, development planning, and performance optimization.
Team Effectiveness
Facilitate and /or advise the application of team effectiveness interventions for executive teams, including offsites, diagnostics, and alignment sessions.
Build frameworks and toolkits that enable high-performing, inclusive executive leadership teams.
Development Solutions
Support VP/SVP program owners and PBP/TM&D leads to architect and evolve executive development experiences that build enterprise capabilities and future-ready leadership, including a high potential pipeline of leaders.
Source and manage Vendor Partnerships to augment internal capability and capacity to deliver world-class, scalable learning and development experiences tailored to executive audiences.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and practices to develop executives.
Strategic Talent Initiatives and Insights
Contribute expertise and data-based insights to enterprise talent planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline strategies.
Use data and insights to influence talent decisions and measure the impact of development investments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
-12+ years of progressive experience in talent management, executive development, or organizational development / effectiveness.
-Deep expertise in leadership assessment, coaching, and adult learning theory.
-Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives with credibility and insight.
-Strong facilitation skills and comfort navigating complex team dynamics.
-Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related field preferred
-Coaching certification is a plus.

-15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $160,100 to $273,250 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
