Job Description
We have a unique opportunity for an ambitious, highly analytical professional to develop essential dashboards and provide fact-based insights and sound recommendations that are critical for the successful development and delivery of Client Services. As part of the Go-To-Market Services (GTMS) Business Strategy and Operations team, you will partner with the Client Services senior leadership team (LT), as well as our partners in Product, Sales and Finance. You will lead the analysis, preparation, and presentation of insights that support business operations, identify opportunities to improve operational infrastructure and efficiency, and focus on commercializing services for our clients.

- Develop robust GTMS Productivity Dashboards to enhance the LT’s ability to deploy resources to the highest-impact initiatives and measure performance metrics.
- Partner to develop Objective and Key Results (OKR) views for GTMS LT, leveraging direct access to the new Global Client Services OKR Reporting Suite.
- Deploy standardized reporting for Client Onboarding and Implementations, Client Resolution, and Client Success teams; establish baselines; and work with leaders to drive adherence to standards.
- Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) baselines and growth models for GTMS leaders.
- Generate insights that help prioritize and accelerate Visa's growth, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and lead priority initiatives by scoping data and dashboard requirements.
- Lead engagements on new client service offerings and analyze the value these services deliver for Visa’s clients.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop practical, actionable solutions addressing emerging customer needs; identify issues, gaps, trends, and growth opportunities aimed at delivering profitable and sustainable results.
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of key initiatives that generate revenue for Visa and/or reduce operational debt.
- Develop and maintain effective tracking dashboards to monitor operational performance, KPIs, and progress toward targets and strategic objectives.
- Mentor team members on projects and help train core business development skills, including presentation preparation, financial modeling, and partner communications.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and other matrixed functions to facilitate the sharing of critical business and client information, enabling aligned decision-making and superior execution of business objectives.
- Assist in developing presentations for executive review, as well as executive communications.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 4-6 years’ experience working in business strategy and/or financial analysis, in addition to insight delivery with a proven record of creating business value from data.
- Proven working experience as a Sr. Data Analyst or Sr. Business Data Analyst
- Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual & analytical rigor
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise and impactful way – turning research & hard numbers into compelling stories and useful strategic insights to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and achieving results, with an emphasis on how work is being accomplished.
- Effective modeling and presentation skills required for long term planning
- Advanced level of Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, MS Dynamics, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required, basic SQL skills.
- Understanding of data management systems and processes within the ecosystem (source systems, data feeds, reference data management, ETL, Data Warehouses and Marts, data cube design, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a peer and thought partner
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and provide actionable insights

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 130,600.00 to 189,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
