Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Analyst, Solutions Management (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to Build a data analytics environment to leverage a variety of data sources. Collaborate with internal technology and data analytics teams to capitalize on existing synergies and drive complementary business performance insights across the broader organization. Develop and maintain standard and customized operational, and fraud performance insights across various measures. Provide analytical insights and data visualizations for Visa clients, team members, and other internal resources. Research and implement better methods to streamline data collection and reporting efforts. Work effectively with internal and external resources to define analytical objectives, data requirements, obtain data, and perform in-depth analyses to achieve a define business objective. Build out client performance insights and measurements against industry benchmarks with an eye to indemnify opportunities for performance improvements and increased profitability. Examine data sources and ensure that reporting and presentations are accurate and logical. Present data to clients, management, and team members in a straight-forward, understandable manner. Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Domestic travel required 20% of the time.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Information Technology Management, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a data analyst-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Information Technology Management, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a data analyst-related occupation.

WORKSITE: Austin, TX                       

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $142,000.00 USD to $190,400.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSH/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and Wellness Programs.
