Job Description

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team of Visa and is responsible for B2B Service CRM. This team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions. Team’s responsibility includes managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications

The candidate will work as part of the CRM team to build and support applications to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business function. This role will participate in design, development, testing and support of CRM applications and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing technical solutions in CRM area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide management, technical leadership and mentoring of team members reporting from local and non-local regions.  
  • Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on CLM – Icertis platform. 
  • integrate Icertis platform with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using webservices.   
  • Should be hands-on in coding, architecture and designing solutions. 
  • Provide technical solutions for business needs/requirements. 
  • Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a project lead capacity. 
  • Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design. 
  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands. 
  • Flexible to work on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities. 
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels 
  • Mentor Jr Developers and oversee programming functions to ensure that projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations. 
  • Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders for providing technical solutions for implementation and support related needs including working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance. 
  • Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance. 
  • Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design. 
  • Create technical documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.  
  • Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary. 
  • Align with function leadership on Goals, OKR’s and key metrics to ensure CRM function is successful.  
  • Actively collaborate with all stakeholders including dependent technology and Business teams worldwide in various time zones to fulfill the above responsibilities. 
  • This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

8+ years of experience in implementing CLM – Icertis and as well as integrations to other systems using web services.

5+ years of CLM solution architecture skills

Very Strong .Net and Javascript Skills.

Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, SQL, and the CRM SDK is required.

Experience in building database queries and procedures.

Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.

Should have strong hands-on experience on data migration.

Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.

Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude and have out-of-box thinking attitude.

Experienced in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide.

Should have experience in Jira/Jira Align or TFS, or Git hub.

Experience in building database queries and procedures.

Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal, facilitation skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Experienced in collaborating with medium to large development teams distributed worldwide.
