Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, test scripting, and test framework development. Exposure to GenAI tools or concepts is a plus. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Test Power BI reports and dashboards, verifying visuals, filters, and DAX measures against business requirements.
  • Create, enhance, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to drive timely resolutions.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices in automation testing.
  • Exposure to GenAI concepts or tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDET/Automation Engineer, or similar QA role.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in any of Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Proficient in SQL for validating data accuracy, transformation rules, and end-toend data flow testing
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Good understanding of software testing methodologies (unit, integration, system, regression, performance).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialization in data/ETL testing across complex data pipelines
  • Experience testing customizations, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM UI, standard functionalities, and user processes.
  • Exposure to data migration, API/web service testing, and data validation within Dynamics CRM.
  • Exposure to GenAI tools or concepts is a plus.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification
