Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.

  • Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using web services.

  • Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, and efficient architectural design.

  • Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands.

  • Flexible working on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.

  • Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.

Qualifications

BasicQualifications
• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 0.5 - 2 years of relevant work experience in backend development using C# and .NET (preferably .NET Core)
• Very Strong .Net and JavaScript skills.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude and have out-of-box thinking attitude.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform or Microsoft Power Portals will be strongly preferred
• Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, continuous integration, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.
