Job Description
Visa is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the Lounge Strategy & Sourcing function across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lounge strategy that aligns with Visa’s global sourcing objectives, drives revenue growth, and enhances client experiences. The position requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and deep expertise in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the airport lounge category.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an up-to-date lounge strategy for the LAC region, including SWOT and TCO analysis.
Lead the creation of an Airport Experience Hub using business intelligence models to identify inventory gaps and support strategic targets.
Partner with Controllership to modernize billing processes and implement operational models that ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Establish governance frameworks to support lounge operations and supplier relationships.
Work closely with FP&A, Products, Cross Border, and Commercial teams to align lounge strategy with broader business goals.
Engage with global suppliers to influence relationships and negotiate strategic deals to benefit LAC business goals.
Implement standardized financial models for lounge investments, including revenue generation and payback analysis.
Monitor supplier performance and drive incremental product improvements and custom solutions.
Maintain external focus by leveraging industry peers, organizations, associations and by continuing to build strong relationships outside of Visa
Communicates effectively and frequently, listens carefully, and actively seeks and values the perspectives of others
Drives completion of simultaneous projects by proactively considering new alternatives and driving critical thinking to optimize results
Shows an understanding of suppliers business models, key drivers, measures and priorities. Pro-actively explores developments in global supplier markets and supply technologies, identifying possible break-through Sourcing solutions for the business. Able to facilitate and lead cross-functional supplier business reviews at Strategic & Operational level
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
• Proven track record managing large-scale categories and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, experience in financial modeling and category strategy.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and revenue margin optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills where you leverage Power BI, Excel, Tableau tools
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
• Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma is a plus

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120,900.00 to 175,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
