Job Description
As a part of the Central Eastern Europe Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager is a brand expert and will lead local marketing campaigns in Czech Republic to support the local business priorities and brand objectives in this European sub-region. This position is based in Prague.

This position will report into the Marketing Director for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. As such this position will support the development and execution of the annual Marketing plan and is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has proven core marketing skills, is analytically savvy and should have a thorough knowledge of multi-channel marketing, experience managing marketing programs to execution, have a business outcome based mindset, be comfortable managing project budgets, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires high level of independence.
Specific Responsibilities
Support the Czech market development plan by defining marketing strategy and marketing plan under supervision of the Marketing Director
Shift brand behavior towards connected, personalized social and digital experiences that will drive preference via relevance
Deliver in time and full of marketing initiatives, campaign planning to execution including above the line and below the line marketing activities.
Closely interact with the European Marketing Team to exchange learnings & scale up ideas
Manage and accurately report budgets and deliver projects on time
Develop innovative, ‘new to Visa’ ways of maximizing reach
Ensure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and objectives and have well defined business and marketing KPIs
Conduct analysis and provide locally focused thought leadership and advice by leveraging data, metrics, and insights to be shared with internal teams and senior management
Manage local agency partners to execute integrated marketing programs and communication
Champion the brand position in the market
Optimise the value of Visa’s global sponsorship portfolio
Brand guard for all public released marketing materials according to Visa guidelines
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
•Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
•Marketing background with at least 5 years of experience delivering measurable business results
•Experience with developing multi-channel marketing programs and comfort using data to optimize campaigns from multiple sources
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
•Adept at using data from multiple sources to build investment/business cases to prove how marketing strategies drive the business
•Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate and on-time project deliverables
•Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
•Strong influencing skills to persuade and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
•Native language: Czech
•Fluent: English
