Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintech's, payment enablers and governments.
Job Description
The VCA team is looking for a Senior Manager to join our consulting practice and play a role in delivering high impact strategic projects for Visa’s clients in Brazil. The potential candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of projects and solutions with Brazil Financial Institutions / Issuing Banks. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
In addition, we are seeking a professional with proven experience and knowledge in the B2B, SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses), Agribusiness, and Government segments, able to address the specific needs and opportunities of these markets.
Specific responsibilities include:
Build strong, ethical relationships with clients, including B2B, SMBs, Agribusiness, and Government.
Act as a trusted advisor, leading consulting projects and identifying opportunities across these segments.

Address client pain points and deliver actionable plans to drive growth and engagement in B2B, SMBs, Agro, and Government.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve client performance and profitability in these markets.
Collaborate with Visa teams to leverage innovation, product, and data for clients in B2B, SMBs, Agribusiness, and Government.
Analyze data to support decision-making and strategy for clients in these segments.
Demonstrate leadership and manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passionate, self-motivated, results in an oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to develop a credible point of view on a variety of industry topics, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Executive presence including excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in several key payments business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management, for both credit and debit cards.
