Job Description
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, build, deployment, and scaling of Generative AI–based agents for external clients, primarily banks and merchants. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on GenAI engineering, client-facing consulting delivery, and organizational leadership.
The role serves as the technical authority for AI agent development within VCA in the Central America and Caribbean region, with ownership of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of client-facing GenAI solutions, from use case definition and proof of concept through production deployment and post–go-live optimization. The position is cloud-agnostic, with emphasis on deploying solutions into client or Visa-approved cloud environments.

Own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI agent solutions for external clients.
Partner with banks, merchants, and internal VCA consulting teams to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
Design and deploy solutions integrated with client systems and data sources.

Strategy, Adoption, and Scaling
Own a prioritized roadmap of GenAI agent capabilities aligned with commercial priorities.
Standardize and scale high-impact agent use cases across clients and regions.
Act as a senior advisor to VCA leadership and client stakeholders on GenAI strategy, adoption, and trade-offs.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
Multiple client-facing GenAI agents successfully deployed and adopted.
A clearly defined and executed GenAI delivery playbook used across VCA.
