Job Description
As Senior Manager of Product Marketing GTM Alignment within Visa’s B2B Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll help define the strategy, vision and tools for how B2B & Product Marketing supports Visa’s product go-to-market strategy. Your focus will be on building and standardizing resources, tools, and best practices -- driving efficiency, consistency, and measurable results at scale. Rather than managing a product marketing portfolio, you’ll empower product marketers worldwide to plan & execute at a higher level, amplifying successful strategies and enabling teams to deliver best-in-class B2B marketing support across Visa’s product and sales go-to-market initiatives, including new product launches & Sales Plays.
This global role partners closely with Global Product Marketing, Regional B2B Marketing, Global Steer Co, Product and Sales teams throughout the organization. It reports directly into the Director, Product Marketing Go-to-Market Alignment, Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE).
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Content Strategy: Develop and scale sales content strategies including tools, templates and frameworks to drive engagement, consistency and compliance
- Strategic Planning: Lead defined product marketing GTM initiatives, including the creation of planning templates, trackers, and rollout plans related to multi-year strategic planning with the Global Steer Co Committee
- Product Marketing GTM Optimization: Define and drive continuous improvement of how B2B marketers support Visa’s product go-to-market strategies by evaluating and documenting GTM approaches, scaling best practices and enabling stronger alignment between marketing, sales and product to maximize market impact and efficiency
- Marketing GTM Transformation: Support initiatives to elevate marketing capabilities related to product go-to-market with a focus on integrating AI
- Champion COE Principles: Foster a transparent, collaborative culture by modeling best practices, empowering colleagues, and driving shared success across the global organization
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of 3 days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,900 to 217,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
