Job Description
Visa is seeking a Senior Manager of Go-to-Market (GTM) Alignment to lead strategic projects related to how the B2B & Product Marketing organization supports go-to-market efforts – from strategic planning to sales content strategy – ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product to maximize impact and efficiency.

As a member of the Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE), you will help define the strategy, vision and tools for how B2B & Product Marketing supports Visa’s go-to-market strategy. By documenting and creating GTM planning frameworks, playbooks and best practices, you will help ensure the B2B & Product Marketing team is providing best-in-class support across Visa’s go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and cross-functional with a keen eye for process improvement and the ability to collaborate across teams to scale our B2B marketing capabilities.
This global role partners closely with Global Product Marketing, Regional B2B Marketing, Global Steer Co, Product and Sales teams throughout the organization. It reports directly into the Director, Go-to-Market Alignment, Global B2B Center of Excellence (COE).
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Content Strategy: Build, test and scale B2B sales content strategy including developing sales enablement tools, templates and a content governance model to ensure consistency, quality, and legal compliance across all sales content and ongoing optimization
- Strategic Planning: Lead defined GTM workstreams and initiatives, including the creation of planning templates, trackers, and rollout plans related to multi-year strategic planning with the Global Steer Co Committee
- GTM Optimization: Assess and document Visa’s go-to-market approaches to identify best practices and opportunities for additional marketing support, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product to maximize market impact and efficiency
- Marketing GTM Transformation: Support initiatives to elevate marketing capabilities related to go-to-market with an emphasis on the use of AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion COE Principles: Model transparency and a collaborative spirit to empower colleagues and foster a culture of shared success.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 9–10 years of experience in B2B/Product Marketing, Sales or Business Operations, ideally within payments, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or digital/tech industries
- Familiarity with enterprise buying groups, sales cycles and multi-stakeholder GTM dynamics
- Strong project management & organization skills with success in managing complex projects in a dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Excellent storyteller with outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, build consensus, and foster alignment among a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 149,900 to 217,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
