Job Description

This role, Global Vertical Growth Coordinator, supports the execution and growth of Issuing clients and Merchant programs in the Commercial Fleet and Mobility vertical to accelerate revenue and volume growth. The role requires a strong communicator that can proactively coordinate both internally and externally with partners/clients. This position works closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product and Client Success teams to manage and drive team deliverables.

Coordinating Vertical Engagement to Drive Growth:

  • Manage Global Commercial Fleet and Mobility Regional client pipelines to track client wins/acquisitions and implementations.
  • Proactively engages and collaborates with regional fleet engagement teams to support high priority initiatives, track project updates and provide Global points of view.  
  • Supports the success of key client accounts and wins by monitoring program launches, leveraging internal data sets to track performance and working collaboratively with other teams to triage and resolve issues.
  • Responsible for Global pipeline management and hygiene, ensuring Dynamics is updated to properly inform team and executive visibility and reporting.
  • Maintains Vertical Team collateral including regional & global sales materials, product materials and Fleet RFP responses repository.
  • Supports the team with analytical insights to identify trends and contribute to high-quality presentation content. Pulls and reports Partner volume and revenue to track progress to goals and growth vs plan scenarios.
  • Leads Global Marketing and Communication efforts to continue building the Visa Fleet brand, drive new business and amplify product/partnership news.
  • Works closely with the VCS Global Deals team to structure Global partnership agreements that will accelerate Fleet adoption and growth across multiple regions.
  • Be proactive to high priority executive requests for content. Prepares executive presentations that capture Global Product and GTM strategy iterations.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD)
  • Multiple years of proven strategy and operations experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 6-8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Minimum of 5 years business experience with payments related products
  • B2B Payments or financial services industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex product implementations with partners
  • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • Executive presence, Strong written and oral communication
  • Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
  • Ability to influence and work within matrixed environment
  • A willingness and ability to be flexible and do what is needed across the team and several time-zones
