Job Description
The role is part of the Visa Creative & Design Studio team, where we work with a wider team of subject matter experts in the AP market support center. This team works in partnership with marketing teams in markets across Asia Pacific, as well as working with global marketing colleagues and cross functional business teams to amplify our brand to accelerate business growth in consumer payments, new payment flows, and strategic projects.
The aim is to establish Visa as the engine of commerce through creative leadership, brand storytelling, and operationalizing new ways of working to deliver best-in-class creative and campaigns.

What a Campaign & Creative Senior Manager does at Visa:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Director, Campaigns (Core & Clients) in delivering Visa-led campaign strategy, assets, toolkits including production across brand, cross border, digital wallets, contactless and new flows across Asia Pacific.
Visa-led Campaign Strategy:
Be responsible for leading the development of campaign development and implementation
Lead master planning on a 1-3-year time horizon to drive brand objectives in impactful and meaningful ways with our consumers and co-marketing for clients
Close partnership with consumer marketing leads in markets - understanding their needs and developing strategies which will help them achieve both their unique and common objectives
Close partnership with the global brand and integrated marketing team
Creative Development & Production:
Work with in-house and external creative partners to develop compelling creative which drives brand and business objectives in equal measure
Be the subject matter expert in agency briefing, creative evaluation and production
Project management for campaign and creative toolkit development
Agency Management:
Manage the relationship with creative, social and production agencies
Support the development of multi-agency relationship to meet the evolving needs of our consumers
Budget management of agency fees, production, and all creative projects
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
- At least 10 years of creative campaign, social and digital marketing experience. This includes experience in a marketing function and/or advertising (creative/brand/design agency) experience, with a proven track record of success
- The candidate must have strong internal and external partnership skills, including outstanding verbal and written communications with the ability to influence a diverse audience, including executives, business, product, technology, and finance stakeholders
- Solid experience in delivering best-in-class creative thinking in an omni-channel messaging environment
- Demonstrable ability to connect the dots between data, insights, marketing strategy, and business to drive creative excellence
- Operates with discipline and excellence in execution: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, organised, can manage timelines and follow up diligently and comprehensively with key stakeholders
- Regional experience managing across multiple geographies, markets and cultures
- Able to work in matrix organizations and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactive thinking and desire to take risks to test and learn
