Job Description

What is it all about? 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing process improvement using automation and AI strategy and tools, managing senior stakeholders, and leading transformative projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong influencing and change management skills with hands on experience in driving cross functional process automation initiatives. You will be at ease in engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organization and different areas of expertise, breaking down silos across departments. You will own the relationship with internal or external IT Digital partners to deliver AI and process automation projects. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving our organizations automation and AI initiatives in transforming our processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Lead discovery workshops, kaizens, and root cause analysis to identify process pain points
  • Identify automation opportunities across cross functional commercial processes and recommend appropriate AI driven tools and solutions to drive significant improvements in driving user experience, simplification, operational efficiency, and process velocity
  • Influence and gain buy in from senior leaders by developing impactful business cases and communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Lead design, development, and seamless integration of AI tools with existing systems and processes. Monitor and optimize processes to ensure they meet business goals and performance metrics
  • Lead cross functional teams including third party contractors in the execution of automation projects by developing project plans, timelines, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, promoting transparency and accountability of deliverables and business outcomes by providing timely, clear, insight rich communications to stakeholders
  • Collaborate and sustain hightrust relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation by acting as a thought leader in AI driven business improvement

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we're after...
 

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree 
  • Hands-on experience on at least one popular industry automation tool and platform in the last 2-3 years is a must have (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, other)
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualification in an industry-recognized change methodology, e.g., PMI PMP, APM, Scrum.Org, SAFe,
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and delivering transformation projects
  • We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their work. Candidates should be self-motivated, purpose-led, and inquisitive, with a bias for action in seeking out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.   • We seek individuals who are highly analytical and can interpret complex data. They must be able to discern the significance of data insights and translate them to solve process challenges. Intellectually curious, able to think and operate at all levels of an organization, from executive and strategic to more granular operational
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of their projects. They should exhibit a high level of initiative and the ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Embraces ambiguity with expertise to drive clarity, structure, and focus to solving problems
  • The successful candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams. They should have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build high-trust productive working relationships
  • Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including senior executives. Excellent presentation and communication skills including an ability to synthesize complex technical information succinctly for a cross functional audience
