Job Description
This role will be responsible for supporting the Director, Campaigns (Core & Clients) and working closely with Product and B2B Marketing teams, in delivering B2B campaign strategy, development and delivery for new products, commercial money movement and value added services across Asia Pacific.
Campaign & Content Strategy:
- Develop and drive integrated campaign strategies to support Visa’s B2B marketing priorities.
- Craft campaign briefs and guide the full lifecycle from concept to execution, including creative reviews, timelines, stakeholder management, and post-campaign performance reporting.
- Lead campaign planning on a 1-3-year time horizon to drive B2B objectives in impactful and meaningful ways.
- -Serve as a strategic campaign development partner to Product and B2B Marketing leads in the regional teams and in market teams —aligning on objectives, audience needs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans.
- Build content frameworks that map to buyer journeys, client needs, and channel formats—spanning thought leadership, product explainers, sales tools, webinars, event assets, and social content.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality content voice for Visa for business audiences.
- Co-develop sales enablement kits, issuer and merchant toolkits, go-to-market decks, and co-branded templates.
- Shape content that empowers client-facing teams to pitch, educate, and engage with partners and customers effectively over product life cycles.
Project Management
- Work closely with Visa’s in-house creative studio to ensure strategic clarity in briefs, quality execution, and timely delivery.
- Oversee production timelines, budget tracking, creative development, and internal approvals.
- Improve creative assets, content formats, and messaging strategies with the latest development in B2B marketing strategies
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of B2B Marketing campaign, social and digital marketing experience.
- This includes experience in a marketing function and/or advertising (creative/brand/design agency) experience, with a proven track record of success.
- The candidate must have strong internal and external partnership skills, including outstanding verbal and written communications with the ability to influence a diverse audience, including executives, business, product, technology, and finance stakeholders.
- Solid experience in effective B2B marketing in an omni-channel messaging environment
- Demonstrable ability to connect the dots between data, insights, marketing strategy, and business to drive creative excellence
- Operates with discipline and excellence in execution: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organised, can manage timelines and follow up diligently and comprehensively with key stakeholders
- Able to work in matrix organizations and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactive thinking and desire to take risks to test and learn
- Education: Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
