Job Description

Commercialization

Visa is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to join our Global B2B Acceptance Solutions team, reporting to the Director of Go to Market and Commercialization. This role will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses accept virtual card payments through Visa AR Manager—a cutting-edge solution that automates payment processing and reconciliation for card-accepting merchants.

As a key driver of Visa’s B2B growth, you’ll lead global commercialization efforts, shape go-to-market strategies, and partner across regions to unlock new opportunities for supplier enablement and merchant adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Accelerate Adoption: Drive scale in commercialized markets by expanding the supplier network and deepening engagement with key partners.

  • Enable Regional Success: Build and deliver GTM toolkits—collateral, messaging, and playbooks—that empower regional teams to launch and grow Visa AR Manager.

  • Lead Campaign Execution: Partner with our Supplier Enablement Services (SES) team to activate outbound campaigns and execute against a new operating model.

  • Ensure Global Readiness: Prepare Rest of World (ROW) markets for launch by aligning business controls (A360, PRR, ViDAs), billing infrastructure, and fee guide placement.

  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Gather feedback from clients and regional teams to inform product enhancements and influence the development roadmap.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Legal, Risk, B2BA, and Regional Product teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance across all commercialization efforts.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than a GTM role—it’s a chance to shape the future of B2B payments. You’ll be part of a team that’s redefining acceptance, driving innovation, and delivering tangible value to merchants and suppliers around the world.
