If you're passionate about client success and commercial results – and bring experience in the payments, B2B technology or financial services industry – we’d love to hear from you.

As a Senior Manager, Account Executive, you’ll be entrusted with managing and growing a portfolio of Visa clients in Australia. Your role will be accountable for delivering financial results and deepening Visa’s client relationships through strategic account management and sales disciplines. • Account Growth and Financial Performance: Support the achievement of financial targets, including volume, net revenue, and value-added services. Contribute to the development and execution of annual account plans and manage opportunity pipelines to convert them into revenue.
  • Strategic Sales and Business Development: Utilise a consultative sales approach to align Visa’s offerings with client strategies and issues.
  • Market Insights and Innovation: Assist in preparing and presenting portfolio insights, business updates, and industry trends to clients.
  • Contract and Partnership Management: Manage and implement partnership contract obligations to ensure compliance and timely execution
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with internal Visa support areas to respond to client requests, ensuring the delivery of risk, marketing, product, operations, and innovation support.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in the payments, banking, or fintech sectors.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • A self-starter attitude – proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
