Job Description
Visa’s Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) group delivers advanced fraud detection and prevention solutions, ensuring seamless, secure payment experiences. The Predictive Fraud Intelligence (PFI) team develops core AI/ML products within the Visa Protect suite, empowering clients to detect and prevent fraud throughout the payment lifecycle.
As fraud vectors have rapidly evolved, PFI has significantly expanded its product portfolio and reimagined its approach to building, deploying, and monitoring real-time, low-latency AI models. We seek a seasoned AI product Manager to drive platform capabilities and tooling, accelerating model development and supporting diverse client needs.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager with a passion for data-driven problem-solving and business impact. This role is at the intersection of business, data, and technology — responsible for leading a team of analysts to uncover insights, drive strategic decisions, and enable data-informed execution across global business teams.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of big data ecosystems, BI tools, and analytical frameworks, coupled with the ability to communicate stories through data. Your strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset will be critical in identifying trends, optimizing performance, and informing product and platform decisions. You will partner closely with data engineering, data science, and business teams to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with analytical outcomes, ensuring that insights lead to measurable business improvements.
Responsibilities -
Business Partnership & Problem Solving
Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to define key business problems, translate them into analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Data Strategy & Technology
Work closely with data engineering and data science to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility for analysis.
Leverage big data technologies (e.g., SQL, Spark, Python etc) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to enable data exploration and reporting.
Team Management and Execution
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts to deliver impactful insights and analytical solutions.
Set analytical priorities, manage workload, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
Insight Communication & Storytelling
Translate complex data findings into compelling business narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
Enable decision-making through intuitive visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
Drive process automation through the use of latest AI innovation, self-serve analytics, and adoption of advanced analytical techniques.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
The successful execution of this role will be achieved through a combination of leadership, technology/AI-ML knowledge, platform thinking, innovation, passion for customers, and applied strategy.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.
- 5+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts or data professionals.
- Proven expertise in SQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong business acumen and experience working with global business teams across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal — with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
