Job Description
The Analyst will support and drive business leadership for Latin America & Caribbean Global clients through relationship management and strategic sales initiatives. This will support strong revenue growth and profitability for Visa and its clients by partnering with global clients to implement innovative products and strategies.
Essential Functions
Business development efforts with Latin America & Caribbean global clients, focusing on relationship management and sales disciplines.
Partner with global clients to implement product strategies that:
- Increase payment volumes and revenue for both Visa and its clients.
- Deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Grow emerging payment segments, including Affluent, eCommerce, and Approval Rates.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product specialists, to build strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers.
Analyze and manage incentive agreements to optimize business performance and investment efficiency.
Support the development and execution of strategies to meet business goals for Global Clients across LAC.
Align internal stakeholders and ensure consistent, shared objectives across teams, educating them on clients’ needs and business environments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by offering Visa products and solutions tailored to client needs.
Drive actionable insights from data to create impactful commercial proposals.
Ensure accurate execution and compliance of incentive agreements with Global Clients.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business/data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop complex business models and customized reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and Tableau.
Skilled negotiator with a track record of achieving timely and effective resolutions.
Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in diverse, international teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including development of executive-level briefs.
High self-motivation with a “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of banking operations and electronic payment systems is a plus.
Fluency in English (professional level) and native in Spanish.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 93,200.00 to 131,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
