Job Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a strong B2C mindset to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our apps. You will be responsible for building awareness, driving adoption, and accelerating growth—leveraging a full-funnel marketing approach. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Creative, and Data teams to ensure consistent, compelling, and high-impact marketing across every customer touchpoint.

This role is ideal for someone who is digitally native, data-informed, and highly experienced in B2C marketing tactics such as paid social, content marketing, lifecycle communications, and performance campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the go-to-market plan for our B2C app launch, from positioning and messaging to campaign execution and performance analysis
- Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies—from awareness to retention—across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to influence feature positioning, onboarding experience, and in-app engagement strategies
- Lead paid media campaigns (especially paid social and display), working with internal teams or agency partners to optimize performance
- Build and manage an ongoing content marketing strategy in-app communications
- Use customer insights and analytics to continuously refine audience targeting, creative messaging, and channel mix
- Partner with creative teams to brief, develop, and iterate on campaign assets that resonate with target users
- Track and report KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, and retention, and drive continuous improvement through testing and iteration
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 7 years of experience in B2C product or growth marketing, ideally within a startup, consumer app, or digital-first environment
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling mobile apps or digital consumer product
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and the ability to connect brand messaging with performance goals
- Practical experience in paid social, content marketing, CRM or lifecycle campaigns, and SEO
- Solid understanding of digital channels, mobile user behavior, and user acquisition best practices
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and creative stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in consumer fintech or other fast-paced B2C sectors
