Job Description

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Product Manager - Post Purchase to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for our Post Purchase products within Visa Acceptance Solutions. As a Product Manager - Post Purchase, you will define solutions with executable business requirements and user stories, working with cross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service, relationship management and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths and introduce innovative post purchase product solutions in a timely fashion.

You will,

-Own the features for payments dispute management product. This includes conceptualizing how the features or experiences hould be built in line with the dispute’s strategy, researching feasibility (e.g., legal/risk concerns), assessing pilot and scaling implications and product dependencies, and determining core technical and design requirements

-Understand the customer pain points and build delightful solutions. Interact directly with client facing teams and external customers to evangelize innovating solutions.

- Help with GTM strategy in partnership with Sales, marketing and other business teams by managing the pilot pipeline, and planning for product launches. Drive product execution for dispute modules all the way from discovery, requirements, implementation and adoption. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

-Lead the product delivery for Visa post dispute products serving enterprise/SMB merchants and partners.
-Partner with technical leadership and product development teams in delivering new feature functionality to market
-Prioritize, plan and oversee new product introduction initiatives that support the business strategy and enable growth.
-Experience working across Payment Processing solutions within - Enterprise/SMB customer segments.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at bridging gaps between diverse business functions.
-Represent product team in client engagements and industry events. Evangelize the value and differentiation of post purchase disputes within the payments acceptance portfolio.
-Understanding payments ecosystem in particular working experience with disputes/chargebacks product is a huge plus  
-Experience evangelizing, marketing and commercializing products at scale.
-Understanding ecommerce landscape and ability to translate product strategy into executable plans.
-Exceedingly strong passion for shipping customer centric products
-Able to build relationships and gain exposure to internal and external client leadership teams through demonstrating key domain expertise.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
