Job Description

Visa Acceptance Solutions is building the next generation of payment infrastructure to support agentic commerce and digital currencies. As Product Manager – Stablecoin Acceptance, you will contribute to one of Visa’s most forward-looking initiatives: enabling seamless stablecoin acceptance across our global network.
This role is ideal for someone with strong product execution skills, technical fluency, and a passion for emerging technologies. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market teams to help deliver innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support the product vision and roadmap for stablecoin acceptance within Visa Acceptance Solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build products that enable acquirers, merchants, and platforms to accept stablecoins.

• Assist in technical integrations that connect stablecoin payments to existing acceptance rails.

• Participate in customer discovery efforts to understand merchant and partner needs.

• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory and operational soundness.

• Monitor industry trends and evolving blockchain protocols to inform product decisions.

• Partner with internal teams to explore how stablecoins fit into next-gen commerce experiences.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or blockchain.
• Experience with API-based or infrastructure-level products.
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Effective communicator across technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,700.00 to 180,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
