Job Description
CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Analyst, Partner Fraud Solutions (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:
- Utilize market data to help develop strategies for our Partner Fraud Product, Partner Risk Controls by comparing it with industry trends & ensuring that it is most suitable & profitable.
- Evaluate the product to understand the product and come up with strategies to meet the market’s current and future needs.
- Support the Product in the product decisions using quantitative data from Tableau and other sources to inform the next steps.
- Analyze metrics to continually improve the product while developing and overseeing small scale projects. Work closely with regional sales, marketing, risk, and product management, to ensure the business fully supports partner needs, through all possible channels to meet changing regional requirements.
- Manage product operations, including client contracts, billing, legal approval of materials, and client-facing reporting.
- Work on analyzing the product's potential sales and profitability and monitor its performance to define strategies that improve the products’ performance.
- Support product development lifecycle from strategic planning, commercialization, technical development, and ongoing management.
- Act as a key liaison between product and technology to develop new solutions and support client implementations.
- Stay abreast of competitor products, ensure products are differentiated and solve client’s greatest needs while reducing fraud and increasing authorization.

Basic Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Position requires experience in the following skills:
- Tableau
- Translating product strategy into executable plans
- New product feature development, business justification, and deployment planning
- Working cross-functionally to ensure deliverables
- Liaising between Product and Technology Teams to develop new solutions and support client implementations
- Presenting reporting metrics to the leadership, management and/or executive teams
- JIRA, Confluence and JIRA Align
- Process improvement; and
- Tracking service level agreements.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $128,398.00 USD to $182,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
