Job Description

As a People Solutions Analyst specializing in Global Offboarding & Transfer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Mid to Late Employee Lifecycle processes for a global workforce of over 30,000 employees. You will collaborate closely with employees, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and key stakeholders to monitor, resolve and support transfer and termination cases, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your proactive approach will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure efficient, consistent execution of our People Solutions operational strategy.

Essential Functions:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, managing workload across various supported regions, and contributing to ongoing Continuous Improvement and Transformation Initiatives. Your innovative mindset and attention to detail will be critical for delivering high quality service and driving process enhancements.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Process and resolve support cases related to internal transfers and employee terminations
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all global offboarding activities
  • Oversee and execute internal risk mitigation controls
  • Support key HR processes and initiatives affecting employees globally
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures
  • Adapt to fluctuating support volumes and manager escalations as needed
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience using enterprise scale HRIS Workday or similar and HR Case Management systems ServiceNow or similar
  • Previous Employee Lifecycle, Shared Services or Operations related work experience
  • Energetic self-starter who is self-directed and adept at navigating ambiguity
  • Skilled in the utilization and management of enterprise level systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Proficient in Change Management & Project Management principles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating closely with business leaders and employees
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 74,900.00 to 105,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
