Job Description
Visa Commercial Solutions team is focused on managed grow and drive the Visa Value Proposal to companies Segment with focus in gain more quickly launch new, innovative products, solutions and platforms that create tremendous value for payments aggregators (e.g., Financial Institutions, Merchants, Processors, and Emerging Payments Providers), industry Verticals, Large and Middle Market and SME Companies
To drive this transformation, the VCS analyst must be passionate about research with financial understanding and the ability to deliver solid trend analysis, growth, propose dashboard and tracking tools, sales evaluation control, pipeline, and business volumes. They will be responsible for proposing and developing actions to measure and improve Visa's VCS product portfolios.
This analyst will work with internal experts, using various Visa applications and to help generate, analyze, identify, and prioritize market opportunities, success stories, products to develop. The role includes creating templates, reports, commercial and sales materials, etc. to assist the sales team in driving product marketing and portfolio management as well.
The role requires a wide range of skills familiarity with data generation and analysis, knowledge of digital payment trends and technologies and the ability to identify opportunities as well as creating dash words and concrete deliverables, knowledge of power point other things.
Additionally, this is an extremely interesting and cross-functional position, so organizational and interpersonal skills are critical as we interact with other specialized product groups, financial institution sales, merchant sales, border, customer consulting, operations, technology, risk, analytics, marketing and corporate communications, market support and teams that carry both new and existing products. He/she helps for early identification of deviations, determining potential options, communicating status, tracking, and resolving them in a timely manner.

Challenges examples:
· How can we ensure that the evolution of market indicators, products, and commercial solutions within VCS?
· How can we generate reliable information on solutions, markets and products that will help us expand or increase our market share in commercial solutions?
· Collaborate in the design and generation of materials and how we should decode messages to reach markets, issuers and companies with appropriate information and deliverables.
· How to track the correct volume generated by our solutions in the different markets, obviously to propose improvements and alternatives?
· How to collaborate in the commercial routines, pipelines tracking, detections, management control etc.
Responsibilities:
· Play an integral role in a team of professionals experienced in generating value to the business segment, of major Visa customers in the region.
· Complete deliverables in a timely manner with other team members, including participating in meetings, generating confidential Visa data, and summarizing key findings.
· Conduct sector research and identify internal and external data resources to detect opportunities and threats to our value proposition in the markets.
· Complete the generation and detailed analysis of portfolio metrics from identify trends and facilitate strategic decision making by line managers.
· Develop and collaborate in the generation of specific presentations, internal or external, that address the needs of executives and deliver presentations to clients and Visa's internal partners.
· Collaborate in the set up and management of internal team routines, from room logistics, follow-ups and meeting report generation and next steps, if required.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Great commercial skills.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 104,600.00 to 147,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
