Job Description

Reporting into the European Director of Workplace Experience, the Moves and Changes Manager will lead all move management activities, related project management, and space management for the region.

The role holder will devise the occupancy strategy & strategic space planning activities. The role holder will work closely with the existing Corporate Services team, supplier partners, and office management teams throughout the UK & European region.

General Responsibilities

  • Strategic understanding of Visa’s requirements with the ability to plan space solutions that meet them. Ensure workplace strategies are implemented and effectively embedded.
  • Manage MAC projects throughout their lifecycle, from stakeholder management, resource planning & management, design (including IT), program planning, change management and delivery.
  • Regular validation of floorplans and data maintenance/governance in Ask Facilities, continuous evaluation of current space programming and utilization.
  • Provide regular tracking and reporting of space metrics and portfolio health from Ask Facilities (move management database).
  • Occupancy planning for space-demand forecasting & scenario development using headcount growth projections, building stack plans, and future pipeline supply to develop 12 month rolling pipeline (quarterly review).
  • Work with CBRE Asset Manager and M&E teams to oversee a comprehensive furniture asset list and location summary.
  • Deliver MAC activities as required by regional Workplace Experience process owner
  • Partner with Corporate Services team, key UK, and European customer / business leaders to gain alignment to proposed moves or restacks across Europe.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Education / Professional Credentials

• Trained and proficient in Auto CAD or similar.
• Extensive experience in space planning activities and proven expertise in managing the entire MAC lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences from day-to-day customers, vendor partners and business leadership.
• Ability to drive change and own the process strategy for a MAC department across a region.
• Knowledge of Space Planning and associated legislative compliance including DDA regs and Health & Safety.
