Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Services Analyst to be part of the Commercialization and Go To Market Team. This team leads strategic initiatives that expand and enhance our Marketing Services portfolio in LAC.

In this position you will support the development commercialization and adoption of new marketing services capabilities across LAC. Your work will include conducting market and performance analyses building executive ready materials maintaining best practice resources and coordinating cross functional execution. This role suits a detail oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing innovation and technology.

Essential Functions

Support strategic initiatives to advance Marketing Services capabilities by conducting research sizing opportunities and building business cases and ROI models. Track and analyze adoption and performance of new capabilities develop dashboards and insights to inform decisions and iteration. Maintain and update internal toolkits playbooks and best practice libraries for marketing strategy creative development and use cases. Assist in evaluating sponsorships and partnerships audience fit benchmarks measurement plans and prepare recommendations. Coordinate cross functional workstreams Brand Digital Experiences Sponsorships Insights and Analytics Finance Visa Consulting and Analytics to ensure on time high quality deliverables. Create executive ready presentations memos and go to market materials that clearly articulate value propositions and client impact. Support pilots and proofs of concept for emerging marketing technologies including AI applications capture learnings and scale recommendations. Contribute to knowledge sharing forums and communities of practice across Global Marketing Services.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Commercialization & Go-To-Market
  • Bachelors degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy analytics consulting or a related field or an advanced degree with internship experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing strategy marketing operations analytics consulting or professional services.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills comfortable with Excel based modeling performance tracking and translating data into insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required exposure to data visualization tools eg Tableau Power BI and or basic SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals segmentation positioning creative development media and interest in emerging marketing technologies including AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication able to create concise executive ready materials.
  • Highly organized detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with timely follow through.
  • Collaborative teammate with strong relationship building skills experience working across matrixed cross regional teams.
  • Experience in card brand consumer or sponsorship marketing is a plus consulting or client facing experience preferred.
  • Language skills in Spanish and or Portuguese are a plus given LAC focus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,900.00 to 127,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
