We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Integration Coordinator to join our team at Tink - part of Visa Open Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and fostering strong relationships with local consultants in the EU. Additionally, you will play a key role in market research and insights, prioritising compliance and product quality. Your strong attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and organisational skills will be essential. Fluency in written and oral English is required. Experience in administrative work within the finance, banking, or insurance sectors, as well as interest in the fintech industry, would be advantageous. The Opportunity:
Recruit and oversee local consultants in the EU, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective collaboration and resource accessibility.
Obtain and manage credentials for our financial integrations.
Provide support to various teams within the Tink organisation, assisting with tasks related to consultants' deliverables.
Aid in market research and insights, prioritising compliance and product quality.
Document and standardise product user journeys for our financial integrations.
Assist in preparing reports on the current state of Open Banking quality across Europe for key internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications

- Experience in administrative work within the finance, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Experience in sales and/or service management is desirable.
- Interest in the fintech industry.
- Fluent in English - oral and in writing.
This is a fixed-term position with a contract duration of 12 months.
