Job Description
Visa Direct facilitates domestic and cross-border money movement, enabling clients to collect, convert, hold and send funds to more than 11 billion cards, bank accounts and digital wallets across over 195 countries and territories. Visa Direct enables person-to-person (P2P) payments, account-to-account (A2A) transfers, funds disbursements (business and government payouts to individuals or small businesses), among other use cases.

The Manager will be a member of the Visa Direct Strategy & Operations team. The team plays a key role in shaping Visa Direct’s multi-year strategy, leading strategic initiatives, providing business insights and analytics, and delivering ongoing performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep dive analyses across business growth and operational areas. Identify key trends, issues/gaps, impacts, and opportunities.
- Lead projects and/or provide support in framing and addressing key strategic initiatives, outline dependencies, execution roadmap and timeline
- Provide analytic and research support for the Visa Direct multi-year strategy and annual plan (e.g. benchmarking, competitor or customer insights), develop fact-based quantitative analysist to support recommendations,
- Support development of Visa Direct scorecard and KPIs
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Support requests for Visa Direct data and insights
- Support project management needs and ongoing operations across key cross-functional and cross-geography touchpoints
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Ability to identify and connect various business topics/problems, tell overall story/key points, and figure out potential solutions
• Ability to analyze large data sets and formulate insights and strategies
• Ability to see the big picture, yet strong attention to details
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to lead, collaborate, influence, and bring consensus across multiple teams
• Good problem solving and can move projects forward even in ambiguous scenario
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Organized and good project management skills
Additional Information
Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
