Job Description
Visa Direct North America is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Go-to-Market Strategy team as a Manager, Sales Enablement and Design. This is a hands-on role for a design and content expert who can craft high-impact presentations and materials that speak to executive audiences, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate combines expert-level technical skills in PowerPoint and visual storytelling with the ability to strategically shape content for sales enablement, executive communications, industry events, and RFP/RFI responses.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Head of Go-to-Market Strategy for Visa Direct North America, and works closely with account managers, business development leads, product teams, and senior leadership to deliver polished, persuasive content that advances our commercial objectives and elevates Visa Direct’s brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management Support – Enablers, Fintechs, and Merchants (Existing Clients)
Design and deliver custom executive presentations for client quarterly business reviews, solution reviews, and partnership discussions.
Adapt Visa Direct messaging to client-specific narratives, highlighting product capabilities and success stories.
Collaborate with account teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion through high-quality content.
Ensure sales materials are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and tailored to client goals and market segments.
2. Business Development Support (Prospecting New Clients)
Build first-touch pitch decks, vertical-specific assets, and messaging frameworks to support new business growth.
Support specialized business development leads with compelling visual content and storylines that resonate with prospective clients.
Develop reusable content libraries and templates that accelerate content creation and enable consistency across teams.
Stay current on trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs to inform asset development.
3. RFP and RFI Response Development
Collaborate across product, marketing, legal, and sales teams to craft thoughtful, visually consistent, and persuasive RFP/RFI submissions.
Lead project management of the full RFP/RFI response process, including coordinating timelines, contributors, and review cycles across multiple stakeholders.
Own the design and layout of formal response documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
Maintain a library of approved language, data visualizations, and response templates to streamline future submissions.
Distill complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and written content.
4. External Industry Engagement & Executive Support
Design speaker decks and presentation materials for senior leaders participating in industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Partner with Visa Direct executives to shape clear, strategic narratives and visually engaging storytelling.
Ensure content reflects Visa’s brand standards while being adapted for specific audiences and occasions.
Track industry messaging and positioning to ensure consistency and relevance across external engagements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- Deep proficiency in PowerPoint (expert-level), with strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or other design platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 6+ years of work experience in B2B content development, sales enablement, or communications roles.
- •Proven expertise in executive presentation design, content packaging, and RFP/RFI development.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing deliverables across tight timelines.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or go-to-market functions in the payments, fintech, or tech space.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High degree of professionalism and comfort working directly with senior executives.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
