Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The candidate should bring a service mindset, operational rigor, and a passion for learning to everything you do.
This role supports the operational backbone of Visa University (VU) in the EU region. The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end learning and business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across senior stakeholders, training delivery, VIK operations EU team, and client engagement. The role goes beyond session management, contributing to the strategic and operational success of VU EU initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning operations, program management, or business support roles. They will also need to understand Europe’s regional business priorities, Visa University (VU) curriculum, and VU’s KPIs. They will be responsible for meeting Europe VU revenue, expense, and margin targets and instrumental in supporting sales of VU products in Europe. The ability to work collaboratively with clients, VCA colleagues, learning consultants, account executives, senior executives at Visa and other teams at Visa to drive the best outcomes is crucial. The candidate will also have direct client exposure as part of the role.
This role will report to the Head of Visa University in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Business Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of learning programs and business activities for VU EU.
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery with moderators and instructors.
- Review the monthly billing and ensure Value in kind is applied where ever relevant to ensure no reimbursements need to be made
- AE/BD Coordination for Value in Kind (VIK) Contracts
- Support Account Executives (AE) and Business Development (BD) teams in the EU region with training-related coordination and insights. Prepare VIK contracts and coordinate until fully executed and VIK applied via back-end teams.
- Client Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to training programs.
- Ensure timely and professional responses via the support mailbox.
- Participant Management
- Accurately track and mark attendance for all training participants.
- Maintain participant records and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Learning Festival Operations
- Lead and manage operational aspects of learning festivals across the EU.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Beyond Session Management
- Contribute to broader operational strategy and process improvements especially billing to clients and VIK application.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in training delivery and support.
- Strong analytic capability to create Power BI dashboards for reporting purposes to AEs, Cluster Leads and global teams to ensure tracking and reporting against monthly, quarterly, and annual scorecard metrics.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 70% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in learning operations, program management, or business support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, Gen AI and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience working with global teams and time zones is a plus.
- Experience in the payments industry
- Experience managing a budget with revenue and expense forecasting and sales reporting
- Experience working in a matrixed organization where regional success is dependent on ability to work with extended learning teams
- Strong aptitude for working with broad scope of technical, business, and professional subject matter, quick and agile learner
- Strong presentation, communication, both written and verbal, stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and handle queries
