Job Description

The Manager, Global Content Partnerships is part of the Global Content Strategy, Development & Distribution team, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Distribution. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Visa’s global partnership strategy with partners, media companies, and creator talent, being always curious and having a passion for and proven expertise in:

  • Identifying, building and executing multi-pronged global partnerships across streaming, creator and social platforms connected to commerce.
  • Shaping and executing strategic, innovative partnerships that unlock new ways to drive growth.
  • Developing and actioning insight-led content partnerships alongside both leading partners and emerging platforms with proven results.

Essential Functions

  • Identify, develop and execute innovative global partnerships across the media, entertainment, talent, and content landscape that unlock new ways to drive brand and business growth for Visa.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless partnership activation and integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry, leveraging experience to bring award-winning ideas to life.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and scale, ensuring partnerships deliver on agreed KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in content partnerships, staying up-to-date with trends and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, digital media, or related fields, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and executing innovative, award-winning partnership ideas.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
