Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM systems. The candidate will be troubleshooting, enhancing, and managing marketing platforms that provide insights for Direct to Consumer, and B2B value-added services for the LAC region market.

Essential Functions

  • Design, implement, and maintain CRM systems, ensuring seamless data integration from various sources, including structuring data for digital sources.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and validate platform/features performance of CRM platforms to generate insights and analyses to identify business opportunities and improve marketing initiative performance.
  • Support B2B / B2B2C integrations with our clients and partners.
  • Determine architectural requirements to support CRM automation needs.
  • Guarantee data quality for analytics through validation processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets using tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, PySpark, Presto, SQL, etc.
  • Utilize Visa's technology, capabilities, and industry expertise to develop, standardize, and implement CRM strategies and solutions.
  • Engage and collaborate with Global Technology, Visa Data Science community, Global & Regional Marketing Analytics to leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
  • Document all projects developed, including clear and efficient coding, and write other documentation as needed.
  • Continuously research industry best practices and approaches to develop, improve, and innovate Visa CRM practices.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in CRM in a leading commercial brand or technology company (experience in retail/financial services/digital payments is preferred)
  • Expertise on CRM architecture automation for B2B and B2C
  • Outstanding presentation and story-telling skills to various audience levels, and ability to translate business to tech requirements
  • Project managing and troubleshooting with technology teams
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
