Job Description
This is a client-facing and established professional individual contributor role responsible for managing routine and nonroutine activities, as well as identifying and resolving issues of mid to high complexity. This position requires an individual to work independently while receiving moderate guidance. The Implementation Analyst partners with Visa clients to deliver products and solutions, ensures projects are executed within defined timelines and quality standards, and supports a positive client experience. This role provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of Visa products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills for advancement into more senior implementation roles.
- Provide project management, implementation, and configuration support for moderate to moderately complex projects with assigned Visa clients and or in an assigned market
- Meet all milestones and deliverables in a timely manner, comply with Visa internal project documentation standards (artifacts), and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Implement projects within defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Coordinate with clients to understand card program requirements, communicate best-fit solutions, document specifications, and facilitate new program installations with minimal customer impact
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, playing a lead role in driving them to completion and escalating issues when required
- Present opportunities to clients to increase performance, adoption, and understanding of Visa’s products, programs, and services
- Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs, also identify and help mitigate risks in support of client projects and initiatives
- Apply Visa processes and methodologies to align deliverables with client requirements
- Coordinate internal technical resources, assist in planning and monitoring certification testing, and work with internal teams to secure the resources required to complete projects
- Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth handoff of projects to Business as Usual (BAU) operations
- Maintain working knowledge of Visa systems, policies, processes, and general industry practices

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support, financial services, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Teams) and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Dynamics, Power BI
- General knowledge of Visa rules, policies, processes, and electronic payment industry practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Fluency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business solutions
