Job Description
Primary function consists of providing general administrative support to the department
Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator for the leader and department
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts
Provide support for site management and other senior leadership, including ones travelling to Bellevue
Perform team support duties including ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, processing training registrations, and updating distribution lists
Help plan onsite and offsite team meetings and events, including coordinating conference room set-up, catering, A/V, and other logistical arrangements
Provide on-location support for team activities such as group meetings and team outings
Manage local snack program, including coordinating vendor deliveries, placing orders, stocking and cleaning the station
Coordinate on-boarding of new employees and contractors, and associated tracking
Working with facilities to assist with space management, workspace move requests and submit facilities work orders
Keep the Acceptance Solutions common areas such as break rooms, scrum areas and meeting rooms tidy
Assist with travel arrangements for visiting team members.
Assist with developing and updating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other charts and documents in support of team activities
Provide support for miscellaneous projects and initiatives .
Create purchase requisitions and assist staff with expense reporting and Finance issues
Manage and maintain budget and expense reports
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience
2-4 years of administrative experience, with some event planning and/or project coordination
experience
Customer service-focused, with a professional presence and a confident and approachable
personality
Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive
and confidential information
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and ability to operate effectively and
efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Proficiency in managing calendars and organizing travel helpful
Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management
Ability to multi-task, assist multiple team members at the same time, and prioritize work effectively • Detail-oriented and able to complete work assignments with a high degree of quality
Demonstrated initiative, flexible, highly organized and can anticipate and resolve problems before
they escalate
History of creative problem-solving, ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure
Positive and energetic personality that can help inject some fun into the focused, determined,
software development teams onsite
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 66,200.00 to 93,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
