Job Description

 

  • Lead the commercialisation of Visa’s UK&I Digital Products and Solutions, with focus on Visa Network Tokens, and Click to Pay.
  • Lead a team of digital product managers to deliver specialized sales and solutioning of Visa network token solutions to issuers, acquirers, merchants, and partners to reach penetration targets.
  • Execute the Visa Click to Pay GTM program strategy in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including merchant sales, account executives, marketing, and HUB to deliver results on both sides of the issuer and acceptance ecosystem products.
  • Develop, execute and monitor sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the global and regional digital solutions objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Work closely with the local Risk and Identity team to drive coordinated solution sales, especially to integrate Authentication solutions inside of Digital solution narrative.
  • Report and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements both internally and externally and across executive levels
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of the Digital solutions portfolios including product roadmap, technical specs, product upgrades and new releases, etc.
  • Collect client feedback and market requirements to drive the Global product development roadmap and GTM for Digital solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
