Job Description
Manage a team of Project/Program Managers overseeing projects across Visa’s Technology and Product groups and O&I Platforms
Foster a customer focused approach with the ability to multi-task and lead conflicting priorities with strategic goals in mind
Demonstrated ability to deliver large tech refresh initiatives including Software (OS, DB, etc.) and Hardware platform upgrades across multiple environments, networks, and data centers
Ability to scope initiatives quickly for planning and budgeting purposes using data to analyze and prioritize efforts amid competing priorities and external factors
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Architects to plan, design, develop, and deliver hardware and software systems, platforms and solutions
Responsible for handling and supervising program scope, schedule and budget while proactively mitigating risks that could impact turning points and work
Comfortable leading discussions on initiatives, roadmaps, strategic objectives and the ability to transition from the high level to the details seamlessly
Comfortable reviewing data, asking probing questions, and presenting to Executive Leadership

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
Master's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
OR
Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in a directly related field.
OR
Minimum five (5) years of directly related experience
•4-7 years of direct leadership or progressive responsibility for indirect
leadership
•Experience with Agile frameworks including SCRUM, SAFe, and Lean
•Experience with MS Office Suite (high proficiency with MS Excel and
PowerPoint), MS Project, Clarity, Jira, MS SharePoint, MS Teams
•Direct experience implementing a company-wide program/system, experience
re-platforming existing products
•Proficiency with gathering and analyzing data with follow-on visualization and
communication
•Ability to influence development teams and senior stakeholders to gain
support for delivering program solutions against a standardized methodology
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 166,600.00 to 241,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
