Job Description
The Director of Corporate IT Strategy and Innovation is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s long-term technology strategy. This role aligns IT initiatives with business goals, drives innovation, and ensures that technology investments deliver maximum value. The Director will work closely with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to shape an agile, secure, and scalable technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive corporate IT strategy aligned with overarching technology and organization objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
- Develop and Execute IT strategy and innovation initiatives that enable business results.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of enterprise strategic roadmaps and multi-year investment plans.
- Partner with business leaders to identify technological needs and ensure IT initiatives support key business drivers.
- Direct cross-functional teams to deliver strategic IT programs and transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT strategies and initiatives.
- Advise executive leadership on IT risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, digital transformation, and change management across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with significant strategy and transformation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT strategy development, enterprise architecture, and technology road mapping.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation trends.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 160,600.00 to 232,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
