Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Service Level Management Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to assess, monitor, and enhance service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring the highest standards of reporting and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology-driven environments, with proficiency in dashboard creation and automation. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build data assets, reporting tools, and dashboards utilizing Visa’s big data capabilities
  • Provide automated or streamlined solutions for data and reporting for service level management needs.
  • Use experience, expertise, and data analysis to collaborate with team members and stakeholders in the identification of corrective action to increase efficiency, improve performance and meet or exceed targets.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of detailed product/SLA level reporting, presenting actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Strong analytical ability with proven proficiency in synthesizing data into meaningful and digestible data points and actions
•Proven expertise building interactive dashboards with enterprise Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
•Experience visualizing data and creating dashboards within Tableau with the ability to turn static data into dynamic, insight-rich dashboards and reports
•Familiarity with CRM tools such Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow are good to have
•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively (verbal and written) ideas, issues, and recommendations.
•Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
