Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Services Manager to lead our in-house creative team in Mexico and support creative initiatives throughout Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). As a leader within our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional creative and production strategy. Your role will focus on elevating creative quality, driving scalability, maximizing efficiencies, and optimizing production costs. You will have the opportunity to lead high-visibility programs and activations for top-tier client brands—leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results that fuel business growth. As a champion at the crossroads of creativity, production, and technology, you will support one of the largest and most dynamic regions in our agency, delivering initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).

Essential Functions

  • Develop creative concepts and communications that align with business strategies.
  • Design compelling visuals that express a diverse range of concepts.
  • Lead the hands-on execution of comprehensive media plans.
  • Provide creative support for major programs and activations within the Mexico region.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams and internal stakeholders to define project scopes and deliver production solutions.
  • Coordinate and align multiple cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Foster strong partnerships, provide guidance, and streamline collaboration across different business areas.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams within the LAC in-house agency.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, including implementing GenAI and enhancing efficiencies and quality across media plans.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, status reports, and creative assets.
  • Manage and motivate flexible creative teams for large-scale campaigns and regional projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of projects, clearly communicating and executing creative vision.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, effectively managing time and delegating tasks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop creative teams by providing feedback and supporting their professional growth.
  • Build deep client relationships, understanding their business needs and establishing trust in agency expertise and decision-making.
  • Drive creative excellence on every brief, inspiring teams to deliver their best—even under pressure.
  • Lead internal and client presentations, ensuring communications are impactful and emotionally resonant.
  • Evaluate client feedback, discerning actionable insights and constructively addressing differing viewpoints.
  • Partner with all relevant disciplines to deliver projects of outstanding creative quality on schedule.

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated design expertise supported by a strong professional portfolio.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative services, design, production, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling creative concepts and messaging, with strong writing skills for campaigns, taglines, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to ideate, refine, and solve creative writing challenges, enhancing both the quality and efficiency of content development.
  • In-depth understanding of the advertising industry, including current trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Skilled in developing strategies, aligning business goals, and enhancing processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a productive, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the Mexican market.
  • Experience with digital platforms and out of home formats.
  • Bonus: Skills in motion graphics or animation.
