Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst, you will join the Marketing Team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and supporting Consumer Marketing initiatives, aiming to continue building the value and preference of our brand with consumers and clients while growing Visa’s revenue and business.

Essential Functions

  • Support the planning and execution of brand and promotional campaigns, including key sponsorships such as FIFA, Olympics, and NFL.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies (ATL, BTL, PR, Promotion, etc) by building and managing relationships to deliver outstanding results.
  • Integrate various marketing tools—Media, Social, Activations, Events—and leverage your expertise to bring new, creative solutions for amplifying our brand.
  • Implement endo-marketing activations together with corp. comms team.
  • Coordinate the required approvals with the legal team.
  • Analyze brand tracking and campaign results and assess the effectiveness of our marketing programs to highlight best practices, uncover areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Oversee and manage budget controls

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
-4 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
-Fluency in English
-Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Collaborative, proactive, and positive outlook, with a drive to initiate and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on attitude managing end-to-end initiatives.
Open-minded and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Embraces change and demonstrate agility in a dynamic environment, recognizing the importance of ongoing evolution and innovation for business success.
Strong sense of accountability and ability to transit among different professional levels.
Some knowledge of AI and related experience would be considered a plus.
