  • Support clients using Visa Digital products and services, including merchants, developers, and partners across the Global Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Small Business channels.
  • Responsible for providing technical support to a client through the integration of the Visa Digital products and offering post launch escalation technical support to all live merchants and partners.
  • Handle escalated support requests, working with other teams inside and outside the Client Support Services organization.
  • Responsible for acting as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring new team members in the organization.
  • Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related technical occupation.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related technical occupation.
  • Position requires experience in the following skills:
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Working with e-commerce platforms, transaction processing and payment service providers (gateways);
  • Resolution management and follow up;
  • Web-based software development technologies: Java, HTML, XML, JSON, and REST APIs; and SQL;
  • Implementation and Post-Production support;
  • Delivering consultative technical support and driving technical escalations for strategic customer base, including troubleshooting and resolution, through debugging sessions with the clients;
  • Developing strategic partnership with key accounts base and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the integrations are functioning optimally, following industry best practices; and
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Worksite: Highlands Ranch, CO

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

 

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $130811.00 USD to $169400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and Wellness Programs.
