Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional analyst who will support the cluster Finance Directors (FDs) in the end-to-end process surrounding client incentive budgeting, forecasting and actuals analysis for our Southern Europe (SE) cluster clients. Covering eight countries and some of the largest clients in Europe, you will act as the single point of reference for client incentive accounting, insights and decision support providing first-class analytical support to the cluster FDs, helping them understand the P&L drivers, key performance client metrics. - Incentives template management – tracking accrual variance, making sure accruals are in line with incentives planning, comparing accruals and forecast and making sure variances have a rationale behind and not an error, highlighting abnormalities.

Business Performance & P&L Analytics
- Provide ad-hoc and regular analyses on revenue, margin, mix, pricing, volume, and other key levers impacting the client P&L.
- Build financial models that link commercial inputs (volume, discounts, rebates) with accounting outputs (revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, incentives).
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Standardise and document processes, ensuring scalability and one source of truth for client incentive data.
- Partner with IT / BI teams to enhance data integrity and system capabilities.
- Champion a culture of analytical excellence and data-driven decision making across the SE cluster.
- Opcerts controls making sure there are no missing reported volumes and revenues.
- Ad-hoc analysis requests from third parties, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong undergraduate academic accomplishment.
