The Implementation team are responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of client or implementations for our Visa Direct: Cross Border Money Movement products. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple clients onboarding and expanding the use of our service offering..

What an Implementation Manager does at Visa:

  • Planning and execution of client onboarding.
  • Managing the multiple work streams and tracking progress on all deliverables to the client, and internally to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and committed to the critical path.
  • Supporting handover of client to BAU service  teams, ensuring a smooth transition whilst also adhering to governance and sign-off controls
  • Support continuous improvement of the implementation management office through routine and bespoke analysis to identify improvement opportunities and contribute.
  • Troubleshooting issues by developing a deep understanding of Visa's products and applications.
  • Guiding clients to implement Visa offerings into their systems and ensuring workflow changes are understood.
  • Configuring test environments, setting up, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate implementation processes.
  • Advocating for clients' views internally and driving continuous product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Contributing to and managing support documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and researching and writing new content to fill gaps as required.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, product development, and ecosystem changes

Qualifications

What you will need:

•Minimum 8 years of experience in project or programme management with ownership of end-to-end journey and successful completion
•Proven track record in delivering high value multi-functional projects within complex organization.
•External client or partner facing experience
•Experienced in managing implementations with technical integration deliverables and testing programmes
•Previous experience in direct or matrix management of large teams.
•Effective stakeholder management, communications and influencing skills.
•Excellent skills in drafting presentations, reports, communications, and other deliverables adapted to the audience.
•Experience delivering a range of complex projects.
•Hold relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince II, PMI PMP, Agile).
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

•Experience within a payment business and understanding of cross border funds flow
•Project management certification
•Understanding of the financial regulatory landscape
•Additional languages to business competency
