Job Description

The VCA team in Thailand is looking for a client consulting analyst who can

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.

• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.

• Support the development of client specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.

• Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, Payment industry, digital payments or banking preferred.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information.
• Ability to understand and start to disaggregate problem statement into distinct pieces of analysis.
• Use and adapt templates for unique client scenarios, optimizing structure to demonstrate plus articulate key messages.
• Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis with some guidance. Basic takeaways from the data plus starting to craft storyline.
• Ensure data quality and leverage data to support decision-making in project management.
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt.
• Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools.
• An interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus.
• An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
