Job Description
- Lead strategic planning and operational initiatives across Client Services North America.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies and key performance indicators.
- Monitor progress and evaluate success using a data-driven approach, while continually improving processes to increase efficiency and impact.
- Stay informed of best practices in business operations, change management, and the platforms we use to bring innovative ideas to the organization and improve user experience.
- Build and manage artifacts that track and report on OKR performance
- Help identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase team and North America Client Services service automation that drives efficiency
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Knowledge in the application of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques
- Analytical experience in applying solutions to business problems in relevant fields such as analytics, business consulting, or other data-driven functions
- Knowledge of big data engineering stack including Hadoop, SQL and other related components
- Prior experience with a consulting firm delivery consultancy service to financial services clients
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple cross-functional projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- Good business acumen to orient data analysis to business needs of clients
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, cross-functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment
- Hands-on experience in managing sensitive situations, providing client consultative support, and driving cross-functional remediation and solutions
- Experience building metrics and KPIs that measure operational performance
- Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, influence others, and manage customer expectation
- Strong oral and written communications
- Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
- Experience with data analysis and tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Demonstrated Influencing and negotiation skills

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 93,200.00 to 131,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
